Steady Sway Position for His Exercise Ball Control
Also known as Ball Balance Tease, Steady Hands Sway
The Steady Sway position puts her on an exercise ball while he controls every thrust, a playful test of balance and restraint. She stays perched and still as he does all the moving, so trust and focus become part of the thrill. One careless push on her hips can tip the whole moment, which makes his self control the real star.
How to do it
Place a sturdy, fully inflated exercise ball on a nonslip surface with open space all around it.
She sits on the ball facing him, feet planted wide on the floor and her hands resting on his shoulders for extra stability.
He kneels or crouches in front of her at a height that lines up comfortably with her hips.
He enters her slowly and handles all of the motion himself, while she stays relaxed and centered on the ball.
He moves with gentle, controlled strokes, keeping his hands light on her waist so he steadies her rather than pushing her forward.
They build the rhythm gradually, and she signals right away if she feels herself starting to roll.
Tips
Use a ball rated for body weight and inflate it so it feels firm but slightly yielding.
Put a soft rug or cushions nearby in case either partner loses balance.
He should focus on moving from his hips instead of leaning his weight into her.
Keep talking throughout, since quick feedback keeps her balanced and both partners comfortable.
If his legs tire, he can pause and kiss her while he resets his footing before starting again.
